There are so many other steps including development costing, market analysis or looking at a cash flow analysis and understanding what it means. Since 2003 I have used these skills to help clients and before that I personally invested in the Lowcountry buying, selling and developing properties. This local knowledge and understanding of the process has and will continue to help my clients.
